To ensure a safe and clean environment, we have implemented enhanced cleaning measures at Hudson Manor:

The space is meticulously cleaned and disinfected following guidelines from local health authorities.
–ย High-touch surfaces and shared amenities undergo regular disinfection.

– Soft, porous materials are properly cleaned or removed as necessary.

– A licensed professional cleaner is hired to sanitize the space between bookings.

– Bookings are spaced apart to allow for thorough and enhanced cleaning.

Our dedicated hosts are required to perform the following tasks before each booking:

– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.

– Provide a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

– Clean common areas accessible to guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

– Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

– Remove garbage and replace can liners to maintain cleanliness.
